MEMBERSHIP
PROVISIONS RELATED WITH THE TURKISH SOCIETY OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE
You
must fill and then sign the application form and forward
the following items for your membership assessment:
1.
Two items of photographs
2. Application form
3. Sample of your Birth Certificate

submit your application by hand of by regular postal mail.

Annual membership fee: 30.00 New Turkish Liras.
Provisions
For Membership:
Membership cannot be offered and granted to individuals who are
hindered in accordance to the content written in Article 4, Clause
2 and Clause 3 of the 2908 Numbered Act and in Article 16 of the
same law in force and to individuals who are restricted to participate
an Society according to other handicaps written in other laws.
Other
public service workers whom are described in Article 4 of the mentioned
law can participate to Societies and foundations that are determined
and announced by the related ministry.
Membership
applications of individuals whom are impeded to participate in an
Society or foundation and students whom are studying in elementary
schools and high schools shall be denied. Membership applications
of students who are not registered in higher education institutes,
non-students, public service workers whom are not employed in public
and state institutes where the Society is established and individuals
who work in public services and who are not specified professionals
shall be denied.
Membership
applications of individuals of other nations should include provisions
that are requested from Turkish nationalities plus a valid residential
permit for foreigners which is issued by authorized organizations.
The residence provision is not obligatory in Voluntary Membership
positions. The Board of the Directors of the Society shall respond
to any application within 30 days and notify the applicant by writing
whet ever his/her membership application is accepted or denied.
It is mandatory that membership applications of students who are
studying in higher education institutes should include a student
identification card issued by their school and students organizations.
